Summarily Summarized

I've made several changes to MT, and plan on making one or two more. The major round of alterations has consisted of breaking down the output section into component entities. Output is now any actual content we develope; material has become development and is anything that pertains to the background of the project. Anything else should be self explanatory.
To counteract either my own lack of MT fu or MT's lack of fu, I've added a "filing status" line to the content browsing- this retains the previous and next while making it completely, mindbogglingly clear what section the bit you're looking at is from. Looks decent.
The site is still in flux, but it's smoothing out and slowing down to a manageable pace. I should hopefully get to the illustrations I'd like to do at some point this week- something neato should come of that.

Update: I made a box. It cages title, author and timestamp on the front page, and same information plus the relevant section filing in the output pages. Brings things together nicely, if you ask me. Makes the delineation between content and headers pretty damned obvious.
I've also finished fiddlefucking the sidebar for the time being- it now auto-lists the last two items subbed to the development section of the site, and there's an MT container lying in wait to gleefully announce the first output submission, whenever that happens. O_o
Weird. Even if it's just site tweaking and blog slumming, it feels like LOC is finally starting to move somewhere.
