Transition/removal.

Removed flood and evidence images from mercury, as they're eating some 50 megs of space. Having just restored mercury from one of bda's backups, it's my feeling that if anything of mine is going to be eating space on his box, it's ATC.

Everything that was there is here, and should be linked up properly. In theory, anyway. Automation of backups is another story. This is my first webserver, and it's as much a mess as this site is.

I've talked to xeno about my ideas for a more efficient incarnation of the site. We'll see what happens.
